If you’re not feeding your body what it needs, you’re short-changing your health and your athletic performance. You wouldn’t put cheap gas in a sports car, so why would you refuel your muscles with less than top quality food? Similarly, if you’re recovering from injuries, illness, or surgery, your diet can make a significant difference in your ability to bounce back.

 

BeWell Coaching approaches nutrition from a highly individualized perspective; for what’s beneficial to one person nutritionally may be detrimental to another. Beyond food, supplementing with the appropriate vitamins, minerals and herbs can further enhance your health and performance, provided they are tailored to your specific needs.

 

BeWell Coaching will examine a 3-day sample of your current diet and any supplements you are taking and develop recommendations depending on your specific health needs, energy requirements and goal weight. Often it’s not necessary to make sweeping changes, but small alterations that together make a significant difference in your nutritional status. This approximately 2-5 hour introductory service is a great way to get started toward enhancing your diet and your overall health.
